These Terms & Conditions (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the website rfqsea.com (“Site“) and the sourcing consultancy services (“Services“) offered by SCV Tech Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore with its registered office at 9 Straits View, #05-07 Marina One West Tower, Singapore 018937 (“SCV Tech“, “RFQ SEA“, “we“, “us“, or “our“).

By accessing the Site, submitting an RFQ, or otherwise engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Nature of our Services

RFQ SEA operates as a sourcing consultancy. We help clients identify, evaluate, and negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers across Southeast Asia, and may assist with sample coordination, factory audits, shipment oversight, and trade finance advisory. Submitting an RFQ or contact form through the Site is free and without obligation.

We act as an intermediary and advisor. We are not a manufacturer, distributor, freight forwarder, bank, or party to any contract for goods that you may enter into with a supplier we introduce. Any agreement for the supply of goods or services — including price, quality, quantity, delivery, and payment terms — is a separate contract directly between you and the relevant supplier.

2. Engagement of paid services

Where a formal, paid engagement is agreed beyond the free RFQ and introductory consultation (for example, ongoing sourcing management, factory audit programmes, or trade finance advisory retainers), the specific scope, fees, and terms of that engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or proposal, which will govern in addition to these Terms.

3. Your responsibilities

When using the Site or our Services, you agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information in your RFQ, contact form, and any other communication with us;
• conduct your own independent due diligence on any supplier introduced to you before entering into a commercial agreement, including verifying certifications, licences, and legal standing;
• comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to your import, export, and procurement activities; and
• not use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

4. No guarantee of results

While we take care in researching, shortlisting, and vetting suppliers, we do not guarantee the performance, reliability, quality, financial standing, or conduct of any manufacturer or supplier we introduce to you. Factory audits and supplier assessments reflect our findings at a point in time and are provided as advisory information only, not as a warranty of ongoing supplier performance.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, timeline, cost saving, or business result from using our Services.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCV Tech Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, or any transaction with a supplier introduced through RFQ SEA, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total fees, if any, paid by you to SCV Tech Pte Ltd for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SCV Tech Pte Ltd, its officers, employees, and consultants harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your dealings with any supplier introduced through our Services.

7. Confidentiality

We treat the sourcing requirements and business information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose them beyond what is reasonably necessary to progress your RFQ with prospective suppliers, unless you consent otherwise or disclosure is required by law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the RFQ SEA name and marks, is the property of SCV Tech Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Third-party links and suppliers

The Site may reference or link to third-party suppliers, banks, or service providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and inclusion of a reference does not constitute an endorsement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue your access to the Site or an in-progress RFQ at our discretion, including where we reasonably believe information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
